The Rochelle Rotary Club recently presented its first-ever Rochelle Rotary Service Above Self: Student of the Month award to Julia Livingston of Rochelle Township High School. Livingston was chosen because of her many hours given back to our community including volunteering at the The REC Center, giving her time to help fellow RTHS students in need, helping out at the Flagg-Rochelle Public Library, and more.
