It was a sea of royal purple at Rochelle Middle School’s graduation ceremony Friday evening. A total of 170 graduates received their diplomas with 71 students achieving a GPA of 3.0 or higher. In his speech Superintendent Todd Prusator offered advice to the graduating class for their future endeavors: Always put forth a good faith effort, establish positive relationships, treat others with dignity and respect, and do what you are supposed to do when you are supposed to do it. Pictured, Board of Education president Dave Casey, center, presented the students with their diplomas, giving congratulations. Also pictured, Board of Education member Trisha Vaughn, far right.
