MALTA — Kishwaukee women’s basketball player Morgan Baker (Rochelle Township HS) had an outstanding week this past week to receive Region IV, Division II, District L Player of the Week recognition.
In her game against the College of DuPage on Tuesday, Dec. 4, she had 19 points, 14 rebounds and three steals while also tallying 22 points, 11 rebounds and five steals against Wright College on Saturday, Dec. 8.
Baker becomes the second Kishwaukee player in two weeks to receive the regional honor. Kishwaukee will next play Waubonsee Community College on Tuesday, Dec. 18 in Sugar Grove with tip-off set for 5:30 p.m.
