ROCHELLE — Ariadne S. Morozov, 90, passed away Thursday, Sept. 24, 2020 at her granddaughter’s home in Rochelle.
Ariadne was born on Aug. 2, 1930 to Sergei and Tamara (Ikner) Roubissoff in Riga, Latvia. On Aug. 6, 1970, she married Igor Morozov in Sea Cliff, New York.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Igor.
Ariadne is survived by her son, John (Anna) Roubissoff of Rockford; six grandchildren, Tamara Roubissoff, Nicholas (Jessica) Roubissoff, Sara Fidler, Jessica (Jason) Frankowiak, Andrei Dudko and Natasha Dudko; and two great-grandchildren, Adelynne Crosby and Evelyn Roubissoff.
There will be a walk-thru visitation from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. Sixth St., Rochelle. Burial will be at the Russian Orthodox Convent Novo-Diveevo Cemetery in Spring Valley, New York.
