On Jan. 30 at approximately 7:32 p.m., Ogle County deputies responded to a single vehicle accident in the 1000 block of North IL Route 2. After an investigation, it was learned that the driver of the vehicle, Jordan A. Shank, 18, of Rockford, had struck a deer. A further investigation reveled that Shank was in Possession of a total of 145 grams of Cannabis and Cannabis wax. Shank was taken into custody and transported to the Ogle County jail where she was held in lieu of bond. John T’s towing removed the vehicle from the location.
On Jan. 30, the following individuals were arrested on Outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Thomas Gittleson, 54, of Rockford, for Failure to Appear. Gittleson did post $792 full cash for bond and will not appear in court at a later date.
Beth Neitzke, 48, of Boscobel, for Failure to Appear. Neitzke did not post $1561 full cash for bond and was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 31.
James Nicolosi, 30, of Rockford, for Failure to Appear. Nicolosi did not post $2674 full cash for bond and was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 31.
