Arrests made following investigation

On Jan. 30 at approximately 7:32 p.m., Ogle County deputies responded to a single vehicle accident in the 1000 block of North IL Route 2. After an investigation, it was learned that the driver of the vehicle, Jordan A. Shank, 18, of Rockford, had struck a deer.  A further investigation reveled that Shank was in Possession of a total of 145 grams of Cannabis and Cannabis wax. Shank was taken into custody and transported to the Ogle County jail where she was held in lieu of bond. John T’s towing removed the vehicle from the location.
On Jan. 30, the following individuals were arrested on Outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Thomas Gittleson, 54, of Rockford, for Failure to Appear. Gittleson did post $792 full cash for bond and will not appear in court at a later date.
Beth Neitzke, 48, of Boscobel, for Failure to Appear. Neitzke did not post $1561 full cash for bond and was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 31.
James Nicolosi, 30, of Rockford, for Failure to Appear. Nicolosi did not post $2674 full cash for bond and was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 31.

Jan. 31
On Jan. 31 the following individuals were arrested on Outstanding Ogle County warrants:
David Housewright, 57, of Belvidere, for Failure to Appear. Housewright did not post $100,000 (10 percent) for bond and was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 1.
Stevie Husolo, 35, of Rockford, for Failure to Appear. Husolo did not post $493 full cash for bond and will appear in court on Feb. 3.
Dustin Hutcherson, 29, for Failure to Appear and Petition to Revoke. Hutcherson did not post $10,000 (10 percent) for the Petition to Revoke or $514 full cash for the Failure to Appear. Hutcherson was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 1.
Brandon Tisby, 28, of DuPage, for Speeding. Tisby did post $5,000 (10 percent) for bond and will appear in court on Feb. 24.
Lukus Hicks, 20, of Rochelle, for Failure to Appear. Hicks did not post $601 full cash for bond and was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 1.
Ashley Williamson, 31, of Loves Park, for Theft. Williamson did not post $5,000 (10 percent) for bond and was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 1.
On Jan. 31 at approximately 6:28 p.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 1000 block of North Freeport Road. After further investigation Russel Austin, 38, of Sterling, was placed under arrest for Driving While License Revoked. Austin was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
On Jan. 31 at approximately 5 p.m., Ogle County deputies, along with Byron Police department and the Byron Fire Department responded to Single Vehicle motorcycle accident in the 8500 Block of North River Drive. After an investigation it was learned that Katelyn H. Strett, 23, of Byron, lost control of her motorcycle which resulted in the motorcycle coming to rest on it side. Strett was transported to OSF Saint Anthony’s by Byron EMS for minor injuries. The motorcycle was removed from the location by family.
