ROCHELLE — The Vince Carney Community Theater is holding auditions for two upcoming productions.
“In-Laws, Outlaws, and Other People (that should be shot)”
Auditions for the winter show, “In-Laws, Outlaws, and Other People (that should be shot)” will be held on Sunday, Aug. 18 and Monday, Aug. 19 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Northwest Medical Building (in front of the Wal-mart).

Director Jeannette Mingus is looking to fill seven male roles and eight female roles. Performances for the winter show will be Dec. 19 through the 22 at Flightdeck in Rochelle. The winter production will be performed at the annual VCCT Gala during that weekend.
“Murder on the 19th Hole”
If you’ve ever thought about getting involved with community theatre, but don’t know if you’re ready to be on stage yet, you might enjoy being an actor in the upcoming Murder Mystery dinner, “Murder on the 19th Hole.”
Director Dianne Jenner is looking for five men and five women to participate in this one-night-only event. There will be limited rehearsals (four to five) with little lines to memorize.
Auditions for this production will be held on Sunday, Aug. 25 and Monday, Aug. 26 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Palmer Room at Salt 251. The performance will be on Sept. 20.
