Benefit horse show to be held during Ogle County Fair

OREGON – Spring is here and the horse show season is fast approaching.
New this year is a Benefit Horse Show to be held on Aug. 6 during the Ogle County Fair. The show will feature halter, performance, speed, trail and therapeutic classes. This is a payback show with added money.
All profits will go to the fund for building a horse barn at the Ogle County Fairgrounds. A horse barn will allow greater use of the fairgrounds’ horse arena throughout the year and bring new events into our area.
The fairgrounds could accommodate draft horse shows, competitive trail, working western, ranch riding and more. Adding these events will bring additional revenue to our local businesses.
