ROCHELLE – The Rochelle Rotary Club heard a presentation about small business development at its Tuesday meeting from LeCretia Konan, Kishwaukee College dean of workforce & community education, and Dr. Jock Sommese from the Small Business Development Center at Waubonsee Community College.
