ROCHELLE — Effective Friday, July 7, 2017, Central Bank Illinois has successfully completed their acquisition of the First National Bank & Trust Company of Rochelle. First National Bank of Rochelle is now a part of Central Bank Illinois in Ashton, Oregon and Rochelle.
“We are extremely pleased to welcome the customers, employees and communities served by First National Bank.” John DuBois, Central Bank President & CEO said. “We look forward to serving our new customers with the same exceptional service they are accustomed to and our organizations and staffs are committed to strengthening our relationships in each of the communities we serve.”
Jeffrey E. Glen will serve as Community Bank President with responsibility over branch offices serving the communities of Rochelle, Ashton and Oregon. Glen began his career with the First National Bank of Rochelle in 1982 and has experience in retail operations, retail and mortgage lending, branch management and administration.
