OREGON — Do you currently have a position handling food or are you looking to find a position in the food industry? If so, this class may be required for you to get a step ahead.
The Certified Food Protection Manager Course will be offered by University of Illinois Extension Nutrition and Wellness Educator, Marilyn Csernus, MS, RD at the Ogle County Extension office located at 421 West Pines Rd., in Oregon.
The course is taught over two days on Tuesday, Aug. 20 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Friday, Aug. 23 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The exam will be administered from 12:30 - 2:30 p.m. on Friday. A valid photo ID is required for the course.
