ROCHELLE — Rochelle Community Hospital congratulated Raul Cobos, who graduated from the cardiac rehabilitation program on June 11 at RCH.
Cardiac rehab is a medically-supervised program designed to improve cardiovascular health if you have experienced heart attack, heart failure, angioplasty or heart surgery.
RCH offers cardiac rehab phase II and phase III. The program is offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6-10 a.m. To participate in the program, patients need a referral from their physician.
