ROCHELLE — On Thursday, November 16 at 10 a.m., the Hub City Senior Center is having a Coffee Chat with a special speaker from Northwestern Medicine (formerly Kishwaukee Hospital).
Colleen Parks and members of her team will provide a brief introduction to the Advanced Care Planning program and importance of ensuring you have a voice in your future. They will also provide a free mug, magnifier, clip, and pen for all participants of the chat.
