ROCHELLE — The Flagg-Rochelle Community Park District is pleased to announce the design phase of the Kids Ground rebuild project with Play By Design. On Wednesday, Nov. 14, a “reveal party” will take place at 7 p.m. at Lincoln Elementary School to present the design to the community.
Play By Design will be visiting the elementary schools in Rochelle to meet with students and ask for their help in designing the new playground.
