ROCHELLE — Lincoln School and their display of Charlie Brown and the Gang won out of over 40 hay bales for this year’s contest.
Sunshine Bakery’s rendition of the Cookie Monster and the Rochelle Park District’s Waldo rounded out the top three.
The community was invited to vote for their favorites in the competition.
The hay bales were decorated all around Rochelle to coincide with the third annual Hay Day fall festival this past weekend, which included activities, entertainment and food
