Man arrested for disorderly conduct following disturbance

On March 16 at approximately 2:45 a.m., deputies were dispatched to 1460 S. Lowell Park Road in rural Polo for the report of a disturbance. After conducting an investigation, Matthew Bonnell, 29, of Polo, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Matthew was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
On March 16 at approximately 5:45 p.m., deputies responded to the intersection of Baseline Road and Mulford Road for a single vehicle crash with injuries. After completing an investigation, Nicholas Miroballi III, 24, of Belvidere, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Miroballi was also cited for improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and driving on the shoulder. Due to injuries, Miroballi was transported to Rochelle Community Hospital and issued a court date.
On March 16 at 11:21 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies were attempting to stop a vehicle near Blackhawk Rd and Colfax St. The vehicle continued to the 200 block of Sumner Street where it finally stopped. Upon further investigation of the traffic stop, Haylee A. O’Sullivan, 27, of Byron, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. O’Sullivan also received citations for no lights when required, expired registration, and improper lane usage. O’Sullivan was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she remained in lieu of bond.
