On June 30 the following were arrested on outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Rebecca L. Dufoe, 44, of Rockford, for a Sentencing Order. Dufoe will serve seven days in jail or pay $508.
Denise Gawlik, 48, of Oregon, for Failure to Appear. Gawlik was released on a Recognizance Bond and will appear in court on July 31.
Brittany N. Mauerman, 25, of Rockford, for Failure to Appear with a bond of $1,271 Full Cash. Mauerman will appear in court on July 3.
On June 30 at approximately 8:05 p.m., Ogle County deputies responded to 6644 West White Eagle Road in reference to a subject to be removed from the property. After an investigation, Jacob H. Hamilton, 18, of Lombard, was arrested for Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor and Unlawful Possession of Alcohol as a Minor. Hamilton was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
On June 30 at approximately 4:43 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the He-Leo Twin Rivers Forest Preserve located at 6065 N. IL Route 2 for a report of a possible theft of signs. When Deputies arrived two female juveniles, one age 15 (of Stillman Valley) and the other age 16 (of Byron) were located with three signs in their possession. Both females were charged with Misdemeanor Theft and released to a parent. The 16 year old female was also cited for Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On June 30 at approximately 11:34 p.m., Ogle County deputies responded to 309 South 4th Ave. in Forreston, in reference to a loud party. After an investigation Trevor Brown, 19, of Forreston, Dylan Beal, 18, of Pearl City, Briana Bennett, 19, of Freeport, Tanner Hawks, 19, of Forreston, and a male juvenile from Oregon were arrested for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. A male juvenile form Forreston was also arrested for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of a controlled substance. Everyone was transported to the Ogle County jail for processing. The juveniles were processed and released to a parent, while the others were held in lieu of bond.
