County officers make several warrant arrests

On June 30 the following were arrested on outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Rebecca L. Dufoe, 44, of Rockford, for a Sentencing Order. Dufoe will serve seven days in jail or pay $508.
Denise Gawlik, 48, of Oregon, for Failure to Appear. Gawlik was released on a Recognizance Bond and will appear in court on July 31.
Brittany N. Mauerman, 25, of Rockford, for Failure to Appear with a bond of $1,271 Full Cash. Mauerman will appear in court on July 3.
On June 30 at approximately 8:05 p.m., Ogle County deputies responded to 6644 West White Eagle Road in reference to a subject to be removed from the property. After an investigation, Jacob H. Hamilton, 18, of Lombard, was arrested for Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor and Unlawful Possession of Alcohol as a Minor. Hamilton was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
On June 30 at approximately 4:43 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the He-Leo Twin Rivers Forest Preserve located at 6065 N. IL Route 2 for a report of a possible theft of signs. When Deputies arrived two female juveniles, one age 15 (of Stillman Valley) and the other age 16 (of Byron) were located with three signs in their possession. Both females were charged with Misdemeanor Theft and released to a parent. The 16 year old female was also cited for Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On June 30 at approximately 11:34 p.m., Ogle County deputies responded to 309 South 4th Ave. in Forreston, in reference to a loud party. After an investigation Trevor Brown, 19, of Forreston, Dylan Beal, 18, of Pearl City, Briana Bennett, 19, of Freeport, Tanner Hawks, 19, of Forreston, and a male juvenile from Oregon were arrested for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. A male juvenile form Forreston was also arrested for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of a controlled substance. Everyone was transported to the Ogle County jail for processing. The juveniles were processed and released to a parent, while the others were held in lieu of bond.
July 2

On July 2 at approximately 6:58 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 600 Block of E. River Blackhawk in the Rock River Terrace for the report of a disturbance. After completing an investigation of the incident, Christopher J. Little, 49, of Byron, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. He was transported to the Ogle County jail, where he was held in Lieu of bond.
On July 2 in the 2000 block of N. River Road it was determined that Christopher Ealey, 29, of Stillman Valley, was northbound on River Road when a deer entered upon the roadway that Ealey could not avoid striking. Ealey and his passenger, Renee Estes, 33, of Stillman Valley, were ejected from the motorcycle and suffered non life-threatening injuries. Ealey and Estes were transported to Rockford Memorial Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
July 3
On July 3 at 9:27 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle in the 19000 block of East IL Route 64 for Speeding. After an investigation Anthony Oliver of Rockford was arrested for Driving While License Suspended. Oliver was transported to the Ogle County Jail and was held in lieu of bond.
On July 3 at approximately 8:19 p.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of IL Route 26 and Prairie Dell Road. After further investigation Beau Hendrex, 32, of Rockford, was placed under arrest for Driving While License Suspended. Hendrex was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
On July 3 at approximately 6:23 p.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Pines Road and Angus Road. After further investigation, Jose Santiago, 26, of Rochelle, was placed under arrest for No Valid Driver’s License. Santiago was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
July 4
On July 4 the following individuals were arrested on Outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Gerardo Vidals, 43, of Rochelle, for Failure to Appear. Vidals did post $266 full cash for bond and wont appear in court at a later date.
Adi Martinez, 40, of Rockford, for Theft Control Content. Martinez did post $5,000 (10 percent) for bond and will appear in court on July 28.
Glory Johnson, 41, of Dixon, for Failure to Appear. Johnson didn’t post $534 full cash for bond and was scheduled to appear in court July 5.
Douglas Weems, 33, of Polo, for Failure to Appear. Weems did post $336 full cash for bond and wont appear in court at a later date.
On July 4 at approximately 11:21 p.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 1000 block of East Montague Road. After further investigation Seth Whitney, 39, of Sun Prairie, Wis., was placed under arrest for Driving While License Revoked. Whitney was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
On July 4 at approximately 10:25 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Meadowland Drive. After further investigation, Arturo Pacheco, 51, of DeKalb, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended; and cited for Expired Registration, Operation When Registration Suspended for No Insurance, and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
