ROCHELLE — Dellouise Mae Byars, 84, of Rochelle, passed away Friday, Feb. 24, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 26, 1932 in Lindenwood, the daughter of Ellsworth and Edna (Reints) Stocking. She was united in marriage to Delbert Franklin Byars Jr. on Sept. 5, 1948 in Paynes Point.

Dellouise had a strong faith and dedicated her life to serving her Lord Jesus Christ. This was evident in the way she lived her life; praying and reading her Bible daily, hosting Bible studies, and teaching Sunday school. She loved spending time with all her family and considered them her “jewels.” She always took pride in the upkeep and decoration of her home and yard.
