On March 1 at approximately 3:56 p.m., Ogle County deputies performed a traffic stop in the 3,000 block of S. Freeport Rd. After investigation, Tyler Bollon, 29, of Freeport, was placed under arrest for driving while license suspended. Bollon was also issued a citation for illegal transportation of alcohol. Bollon was transported to the Ogle County jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
On March 2, the following were arrested for Outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Alysha Dwyer, 27, of Rochelle, for theft of services. Dwyer has a bond of $3,000/10 percent. Dwyer was scheduled to appear in court March 5.
Jonathan Robinson, 29, of Rockford, for a mittimus. Robinson had a bond of $508. Robinson did post bond and was released from the Ogle County jail. Robinson will return to court on March 26.
Jeremy Kuri, 31, of Macomb, for failure to appear. Kuri has a bond of $810.78. Kuri was scheduled to appear in court March 5.

Scott Heise, 35, of Mt. Morris, for seat belt violation. Heise had a bond of $2,000/10 percent. Heise did post the bond and was released from the Ogle County jail. Heise will return to court on March 23.
March 3
On March 3, Ogle County deputies were called to 303 Locust Ave. Forreston in regard to a disturbance. After an investigation, Trey Pempilton was taken into custody for battery. Pempilton was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
On March 3 at approximately 3:10 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 4000 block of West IL Route 72. After further investigation, Denny Bird, 30, of Mt. Morris, was placed under arrest for driving while license revoked. Bird was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond. Bird was also cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On March 3, Samuel Rhea, 40, of Byron, was arrested for failure to appear. Rhea had a bond of $1,001 and posted bond. Rhea was released from the Ogle County jail. Rhea will return to jail on March 5.
On March 3 at 12:14 a.m., Ogle County deputies responded to 10976 E. Fisher Rd. lot 48 to the report of a domestic dispute.  After conducting an investigation, Ruben Ramirez, 50, of Rochelle, was arrested for disorderly conduct.  Ramirez was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
On March 3 at 8:35 p.m., Ogle County deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 12000 block of E. IL Route 38. After further investigation, Melvin Wilton, 20, of Dixon, was arrested for driving while license suspended.  Wilton was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
March 4
On March 4 at approximately 6:19 p.m., deputies responded to a single vehicle rollover accident in the 4200 block of S. IL Route 2. After further investigation, Pablo Garcia, 34, of Peoria, was placed under arrest for driving while license suspended. Garcia was transported to the ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
