After an investigation, it was determined that a tractor pulling farm equipment was driving northbound in the 8,000 block of South Woodlawn Road by Mark Hill, 64, of Rochelle. The tractor and farm equipment were partially in the southbound lane.

A Dodge truck driven by, Brian Bozarth, 32, of Shabbona, was traveling southbound, and struck the farm equipment being pulled by the tractor.
