ASHTON — Donna C. Hochstein, 89, of Ashton, passed away Nov. 26, 2017 at Oregon Living and Rehab, Oregon. She was born on Oct. 4th 1928 in Pepin , Wis., to the late Clare w. and Minnie (Scharr) Kidd.
She married Harold Hochstein on Aug. 21, 1948 in Lodi, Wis. They enjoyed 58 years together. From this union they have four children, Michael (Sandra) Hochstein of McAllen, Texas, Patrick J. (Pamela) Hochstein of Franklin Grove and David J. (Barbara) Hochstein of Ashburn, Va., and the late Steven Hochstein.
She also leaves behind daughter-in-law, Kathleen Hochstein of Dixon; nine grandchildren, Leslie, Erin (Chris), Margaret, John (Melinda), Jeremy (Kimberly), Adam (Samantha), Jewellie (John), Jon and Michael; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Harold; son Steven; three sisters, Georgia, Jean and Judy; and one brother, Bobby.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 2 at 4 p.m. at the Beverage Lyons Family Funeral Home, 601 Richardson Ave., Ashton, with Rev. Mike Worrell officiating. Visitation will be held same day from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
