The Downtown Rochelle Association is hosting downtown trick or treating on Oct. 28 from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Mark your calendars for some family fun. When you are finished there, you can head over to 102.3 The Coyote, Trick or treat safe house (drive-thru) starting at 5 p.m. at the Comfort Inn.
