On Aug. 24 at 7:31 p.m., Rochelle police cited Audrey Rainwater, 18, of Rochelle, for improper backing. She posted an I-bond.
On Aug. 24 at 3:42 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Robert Doonan, 36, of Mt. Morris, for possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid registration and operating an uninsured vehicle.
On Aug. 25 at 8:47 p.m., Rochelle police cited Luis Urene, 54, of Rockford, for failure to yield at intersection. He posted a promise to comply.
On Aug. 26 at 9:31 a.m., Rochelle police cited Francisco Roman, 29, of Rochelle, for improper passing. He posted a promise to comply.
On Aug. 26 at 9:50 a.m., Rochelle police cited Paul Garner, of Rochelle, for speeding, driving while license suspended and no seat belt. He posted a promise to comply.
