On Oct. 13 at 9:46 p.m., Rochelle police cited Christopher Licari, 57, of Rockford, for overweight on gross. He posted an I-bond.
On Oct. 14 at 12:52 a.m., Rochelle police arrested a 16-year-old male, of Rochelle, for consumption of alcohol as a minor.
