ROCHELLE — The Rochelle Hub fresh-soph football team closed out its season Saturday morning, falling 30-14 against Ottawa to end the year with a 4-2 record in the Interstate 8 Conference.
Sophomores Trey Taft and Cody Stover-Cullum each rushed for touchdowns in the game, with Stover-Cullum running for 76 yards while Taft had 72 yards on the ground. Sophomore Kyce Jaradat compiled nine tackles to lead the Hub defense, with sophomore Bradley Cooney adding six tackles including one for loss.
