DEKALB — Almost 1,300 students received their degrees from Northern Illinois University in the fall. Included among the graduates were the following students from Rochelle: Celeste Almaraz (bachelor of science, nursing), Katelyn Gabbard, bachelor of science in education, elementary education: reading teacher), Jacob Roushia, bachelor of science, journalism) and Ryne Vrana (master of science in education, literacy education).
