LEE COUNTY — A Lee County grand jury indicted a Franklin Grove man on three counts of first-degree murder along with aggravated battery of a child and aggravated domestic battery in the death of a one-year old in December of 2016.
Ryan McClain, 38, was charged with the felonies following an investigation spanning over a year and a half. Agencies involved in the investigation include the Lee County Sheriff’s Department, Dixon Police Department Detectives, the Lee County State’s Attorney’s Office and Illinois State Police.
