On Nov. 19, Kaleb Harrolle, 19, of Freeport, was arrested for probation violation and failure to appear. Harrolle had a bond of $3,000/10 percent applies and $1,072. Harrolle was given a $1,000 bond recognizance for both charges. Harrolle was released from the Ogle County Jail, and will return on Dec. 10.
On Nov. 19, Daniel Moreno, 27, of Rockford, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. Moreno did not post the $787 full cash bond and remained in the Ogle County Jail. Moreno was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 20.
Nov. 20
On Nov. 20 at 5:45 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 4000 block of Mud Creek road on a 1995 Honda Civic for no brake lights. After a short investigation, deputies arrested Tanis O’Brien, 18, of Dixon, for no valid driver’s license and cited for no brake lights. O’Brien was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
