The local Hub Hickory 4-H Club participated in the Ogle County Penny Carnival on March 4 at the Oregon Coliseum. The theme for this year was Superheroes. In conjunction with the theme, the Hub Hickory Nuts created an obstacle course named Superhero Boot Camp as their game. The members also supervised the food booth at the event. The annual carnival is open to the public and promotes participation in local 4H clubs. For more information about the club contact Trisha Vaughn at 815-561-6156. (Photo submitted)
