Beth Kvool (right) presents a check in the amount of $579 to Carol Weidmann of the Vince Carney Community Theatre. The donation was made possible from a quarter auction held last week to benefit VCCT. Weidmann said the funds will be placed in the theatre’s renovation fund. The not-for-profit organization has launched a fundraising campaign to raise money to convert the old Lincoln School into their new home. Several upgrades, including heating and air conditioning, adding public bathrooms and installing American Disabilities Act features, are necessary.
