LASALLE — The Rochelle varsity golf team took on LaSalle-Peru at Senica’s Oak Ridge on Wednesday, with the Hubs falling by a score of 159-217 to drop to 0-10 on the season.
Sophomore Megan Thiravong led Rochelle with 48 while sophomore Reese Kirk added 53 and junior Sean Flanagan shot 55. The Hubs did not record a team score at the junior varsity level.
Rochelle will compete in the Princeton Invitational this weekend before facing Sterling at home on Tuesday, Sept. 18.
