ROCHELLE — After a long career in education and private industry, John Gruben hopes to use his experience to help lead the Rochelle City Council.
Gruben, who is a city council candidate in the April 2 election, said he would use his problem-solving and project management skills to help the council move the city in a positive direction.
“Serving on the council would be my full-time commitment and I have no political axes to grind,” Gruben stated. “I can be a change-agent to bridge gaps and I will represent the community as a whole and not just a single segment.”
Gruben can be reached by email at jgruben@comcast.net or by phone at 815-761-6883 to share his platform with voters.
