EL PASO, Texas — Guadalupe Tiscareno, 72, of El Paso Texas, formerly of Rochelle, unexpectedly passed away on March 10, 2021.
Guadalupe was born in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico on Dec. 9, 1948 to Bernardino Lucero and Josefina Madrid de Lucero. She worked at Caron International for many years and then worked for the Rochelle School District before moving to El Paso, Texas.
Guadalupe is survived by her children, Lorena (Nathan Wooten) Tiscareno of Rochelle and Juan F. (Myrna Ontiveros) Tiscareno of El Paso; five grandchildren, Miguel (Kristen) Burgess of Brandon, Miss. Ariana Ramos, Emma Wooten, Ava Wooten and Sophia Rodriguez of Rochelle; one great-grandson, Liam Xavier Lee Burgess of Brandon; and several very special nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is proceeded in death by her husband, Juan P. Gonzalez, three brothers and two sisters.
Our mother will remain loved beyond words and we will all miss her beyond measure.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. April 17, 2021 at St Patrick Catholic Church in Rochelle with Fr. Jesus Dominguez officiating.
Burial will be at St Patrick Church Cemetery.
