CONCORD Calif. — Harold Eugene Parsley passed away on April 7, 2018 after a lengthy illness.
Harold touched many lives with his humor, quick wit, and colorful stories.
Harold was born in Steward and graduated from Steward Community High School.
After high school, Harold spent four years serving our country in the United States Air Force. After an honorable discharge, he began a 32+ year career working for Del Monte, retiring as a Data Processing Manager.
After retirement, Harold was very active with his church and causes that touched his heart, including helping those with drug addictions.
Harold is survived by his wife, Carol; his two sons, Kevin of Citrus
Heights, Calif., and Keith of Fair Oaks, Calif. He has two daughters from a previous marriage, Berla and Deborah. Harold is also survived by two grandchildren, Alexander and Amanda; and his sister, Helen Lang.
Services are being held at Faith Lutheran Church, 14206 E. Flagg Road, Rochelle, at 11 a.m. on April 14. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church. Interment to follow at Lawn Ridge Cemetery with Military Honors.
Memorials can be made to Faith Lutheran Church Pleasant Hill, Calif.
