GENESEO — Central Bank Illinois announced several officer promotions at its annual meeting in April 2018. Debi Maddox, Heidi Franklin, Brad Hiemstra, Jennifer Konczak and James Lams were each recognized for their excellent performance and willingness to accept responsibility on behalf of the bank.
In the Rochelle branch, Hiemstra was promoted to Systems Administrator I, an officer position within Central Bank’s IT Department. Hiemstra holds an Associate in Applied Science degree from Rock Valley College, with an emphasis on Data Assurance and IT Security. He joined the bank in 2015 and has a wealth of IT knowledge and background.
“Brad has shown that he is a motivated self-starter and is adept at solving any IT questions that come up,” Jeff Glen, Community Bank President, said. “His interpersonal communication skills make him a pleasure to work with and we are pleased with his officer promotion.”
