ROCHELLE — Rochelle Township High School students are finishing up their back to school shopping as the first day of the 2017-2018 academic year is approaching.
One of the rituals at RTHS is the parking lot pass purchase, which was held Thursday afternoon. Although the current campus has plenty of parking places, this generation’s parents more than likely remember the days of getting in line early to get a limited number of spaces that were available at the former location.
Thursday was also the first of two days available for new incoming students to tour the campus and get familiar with lockers and class locations. Students were also able to deposit money into the Hub Café accounts.
