ROCHELLE — Members of the Hub City Cruisers recently made several stops to spread holiday cheer when donations were made to various local charities.
This year, thanks to money collected from the Heritage Festival Car Show and money from cruiser members and sponsors, donations were made to eight local groups.
Most recently, cruisers donated to the Rochelle Christian Food Pantry, Robert’s Armory, the Hub City Senior Center, the Mobile Chapel located at Petro and the Kitchen Table.
Since 2005, the Hub City Cruisers have been able to donate $24,576 to local charities.
