CHARLESTON — Led by Andrew Myers' fourth place finish in the high jump with a mark of 6'6," the Hubs placed in three different events at the IHSA Class 2A Boys State Track Meet on Saturday in Charleston.
The RTHS 1600-meter relay team of Matthew Drendel, Lance Huftalin, Michael Drendel and Austin Walsh placed fifth overall with a time of 3:24.21, while Matthew Drendel brought home an eighth place medal in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:57.69.
As a team the Hubs scored 13 points and tied for 22nd place.
