STERLING — Alison E. Chaffee, 42, of Rochelle was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for an equipment violation on May 7 at 2:55 a.m. on 2nd Avenue and 2nd Street in Sterling and was charged with obstructing identification and possession of drug paraphernalia. Chaffee was released on an I-bond.

Vincent A. Henn, 25, of Oswego was stopped for speeding on May 8 at 12:46 a.m. on Illinois Route 38 and Brookside Drive in Rochelle and was wanted on a Will County warrant for delivery of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. Henn posted 10% of the $7,500 bond and was released.
