Jodi Ann Hubbard (Hayes) born Oct. 17, 1962, passed peacefully Aug. 30, 2023 after a long illness.

Jodi is survived by her mother Jeanne Hayes, son Nicholas Fry (Michelle), daughter Laura Hines (Richard), brother Mark Hayes (Danette) and sister Viki Bigelow (Larry).

She is preceded in death by her fathers, Bernie Allen Hubbard and Lowell L. Hayes.

Jodi’s beloved grandchildren include Haleigh, Graycon, Audry, Maddie, Alexander, Elizabeth, Isabella, and Samantha.

Jodi loved all “to the moon and back”.
