On Dec. 3 at 2:50 p.m., Rochelle police cited a 17-year-old male, of Rochelle, for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
On Dec. 3 at 6:20 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Nicholas Schleicher, 35, of DeKalb, on a DeKalb County warrant. He was transported to jail.
On Dec. 7 at 11:08 p.m., Rochelle police cited Kaylie Butz, 18, of DeKalb, for speeding 60 m.p.h. in a 40 m.p.h. zone. She posted a promise to comply.
