ROCHELLE — Rock Valley Credit Union has appointed Darlyne Keller as the new President/CEO effective April 17.
Rock Valley, with assets of $110 million and more than 16,000 members, is a local credit union in Winnebago County, serving six counties with five branches.
Keller’s more than 25 years of bank, credit union, and real estate experience, and seven years of senior management and business ownership experience, will be a valuable addition to Rock Valley’s current team.

Keller comes to Rock Valley from Simplicity Credit Union in Marshfield, Wisconsin, where she served as Chief Administration Officer. She was responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and controlling the activities of the technology, finance, human resources, marketing, and compliance departments of the credit union.
Keller holds a Bachelor of Science from Upper Iowa University in Business Administration and is currently enrolled in the MBA program at University of Texas Permian Basin.
Keller was actively involved in her central Wisconsin community. She was the President of Central Wisconsin Society of Human Resources Management and gave her time, energy and talents to several credit union and community organizations and events.
She is looking forward to being involved in the Loves Park/Rockford/Rochelle communities.
