ROCHELLE — The Lady Hubs varsity soccer team scored a late goal to avoid a shutout against LaSalle-Peru on Tuesday, but the purple and white saw their losing streak run to seven games with a 4-1 loss to the Lady Cavaliers. Rochelle is now 1-12-1 overall and the girls play Geneseo on the road Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
Junior Olivia Piloni (64’) scored Rochelle’s lone goal. Sophomore Viviana Belmonte recorded 15 saves in net for the Lady Hubs.
