On Monday, Jan. 14, occurrences of alleged sexual abuse were reported to the Rochelle Police Department.
After investigating the allegations, police arrested Steven B. Molina, 22, of Rochelle, on Thursday during a traffic stop.
Molina is being held on multiple charges including unlawful production of child pornography (Class X felony), predatory criminal sexual assault (Class X felony), two counts of indecent solicitation of a child (Class 1 felony), and aggravated criminal sexual abuse (Class 2 felony).
