ROCHELLE — Lucas W. Donoho, 46, Rochelle, passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021, surrounded by his loving family following his brave battle with cancer.
 
He was born to Bob and Nancy Donoho in March of 1975 in DeKalb. Lucas married the love of his life, Rachel, in August 2000 and they were married 20 years.
 
Lucas worked as a mechanic his entire life and loved what he did. He was a devoted husband and father and loved camping, fishing, music, movies and spending time with his family and friends.
 
He is survived by his wife, Rachel; children, Lucas, Paige and Samantha; father, Robert M. Donoho (Judy); mother, Nancy Donoho; brother, Robert W. Donoho (Kellie); sister, Laura Donoho (Shawn); in-laws, Danny Vrachan (Eileen); mother-in-law, Sandy Weber; sister-in-law, Cindy Greer (Ryan); brother-in-law, Justin Vrachan (Morgan); and many nieces and nephews.
 
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John Donoho and Martelle Smothers; and maternal grandparents, Lester and Mabel Ladson.  
 
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
