Man arrested for domestic battery

On March 20 at approximately 7:38 p.m., deputies responded to an address in the Mt. Morris Estates Trailer Park in reference to a domestic disturbance. After further investigation, Mark Denham, 56, of Mt. Morris, was placed under arrest for domestic battery. Denham was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
On March 23 at approximately 4:47 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a suspicious subject call in the Village of Davis Junction. The subject, Jacob Patton, 19, of Rockford, was located in the 400 block of Heartland and subsequently arrested for possession of a controlled substance and three out of county warrants. Patton was transported the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
