Man arrested for driving on suspended license

On July 28 at approximately 12:11 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 1000 block of South Freeport Rd. After further investigation, Thomas Kanzler III, 23, of Dixon, was placed under arrest for driving while license suspended. Kanzler was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
On July 28 at 12:51 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 5000 Block of W. IL Route 72 for a traffic violation. After an investigation, Zachary Arachikavitz, 20, of Freeport, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Zachary was transported to the ogle county jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
