On Nov. 19 at 7:30 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Antonio J. Lopez, 20, of Rochelle, for theft and two counts of unlawful use of a credit card. He was transported to jail.
On Nov. 20 at 8:15 a.m., Rochelle police cited Pedro A. Esparza, 32, of Rochelle, for speeding in a school zone, 36 m.p.h. in a 20 m.p.h. zone, and not having insurance. He issued a promise to comply. His court date is set for Dec. 20.
On Nov. 20 at 1:54 p.m., Rochelle police arrested William A. Pillion, 47, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County, a DeKalb County and a Winnebago County warrant, as well as driving with a suspended license, no insurance, fleeing to elude, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal use of an electronic decice and obstructing/resisting a police officer. He was transported to jail.
