Man arrested for violation of order of protection

On April 9, Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies arrested William J. Moore, 45, of Rockford, for Driving While License Revoked. Moore was held at the Ogle County Jail in lieu of bond.
On April 10 the following individuals were arrested on Outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Clay Kilgore, 53, of Lasalle, for Failure to Appear. Kilgore did post $649 full cash for bond and will not appear in court on a later date.
Robert Allen, 35, of Monroe, for Failure to Appear. Allen did not post $5,434 full cash for bond and was scheduled to appear in court April 11.

On April 10 at approximately 9:13 p.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Freeport Road and Harper Road. After further investigation Jalyssa Comer, 28, of Sterling, was placed under arrest for Driving While License Suspended. Comer was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was held in lieu of bond.
On April 10 at approximately 8:30 a.m., Ogle County deputies responded to a van in the ditch in the 1400 block of South Lowell Park Road, and discovered it was occupied by a four year old child who had started the van and placed it in gear. The child was not injured. After further investigation, it was determined that the child, and the child’s mother were not to be in the company of Matthew C. Bonnell, 27, of rural Mt. Morris. Matthew Bonnell was arrested for Violation of an Order of Protection and will appear in Ogle County Circuit Court.
On April 11, the following individuals were arrested on Outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Cassandra Hall, 27, of Rockford, for Failure to Appear. Hall didn’t post $834 full cash for bond and will appear in court on April 13.
Heidi Rose, 45, of Freeport, for Failure to Appear and Petition to Revoke. Rose didn’t post bond on either warrant and will appear in court on April 13.
Starencia Rodgers, 23, of Polo, for Failure to Appear. Rodgers did post $274 full cash for bond and will not appear in court on a later date.
