On Oct. 25 at 1:26 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Henry Phillip Burgweger III, 27, of Kirkland, for DUI-alcohol and driving without lights when required. He posted $100 and received a Dec. 4 court date.
On Oct. 25 at 1:59 p.m., Rochelle police cited Jerry Stoner, 52, of LaSalle, for disobeying a stop sign, speeding 61 m.p.h. in a 45 m.p.h. zone and no driver’s license on person. He posted a promise to comply.
On Oct. 26 at 2:58 p.m., Rochelle police cited Michelle Byerely, 41, of Davis Junction, for no insurance, speeding 57 m.p.h. in a 40 m.p.h. zone. She posted a promise to comply.
On Oct. 26 at 5:17 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Amanda Graham, 29, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant. She posted $2,241 bond and was released with no further court date.
On Oct. 27 at 4:37 p.m., Rochelle police cited James Schepley, 26, of Rockford, for no insurance. He posted a promise to comply.
On Oct. 27 at 3:50 p.m., Rochelle police cited April Holland, 24, of Creston, for no insurance and speeding 73 m.p.h. in a 40 m.p.h. zone. She posted a promise to comply.
On Oct. 27 at 4:58 p.m., Rochelle police arrested a 17-year-old male, of Rochelle, for illegal transportation of alcohol – driver, possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle, speeding 70 m.p.h. in a 40 m.p.h. zone, possession of tobacco product (ordinance) and possession of alcohol by a minor (ordinance). He posted a promise to comply and received a Nov. 20 court date.
