On Sept. 23 at 11:18 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Anthony Wurster, 28, of Rochelle, on two counts DUI. He posted an I-bond.
On Sept. 23 at 7:55 a.m., Rochelle police cited Shamone Wilkins, 20, of DeKalb, for speeding. She posted an I-bond.
On Sept. 23 at 10:21 a.m., Rochelle police arrested James Queen, 42, of Rochelle, for disorderly conduct. He posted an I-bond.
On Sept. 23 at 8:15 a.m., Rochelle police cited a 17-year-old male, of Rochelle, for improper lane use. He posted an I-bond.
On Sept. 24 at 4:49 a.m., Rochelle police cited Denver Davis, 57, of Rochelle, for disobeying a traffic control device. He posted an I-bond.
On Sept. 24 at 3:08 p.m., Rochelle police cited Sam Johnson, 19, of Rochelle, for speeding in a school zone, 36 m.p.h. in a 20 m.p.h. zone. He posted an I-bond.
